Definitely sent...I tend to clean the inbox because it's so visible and only touch the sent when I get too "full."

Definitely more received because I dump my sent folder to free up space. It's the lazy gal's way of maintaining some semblance of organization.

I just cleaned mine all out the other day. I have one in sent and one in received.

I have a nearly 2:1 ratio of received/sent...I sometimes clear out some original messages if they are in the reply somewhere, & I tried to archive some messages a couple years back, but I failed to forsee that Zip disks where the worst possible format to use for anything that you value...
