male kegels...
Ive been doing male kegels to try and last longer in bed, but im not sure if im doing them right. Everything I have found on the internet says to make sure you arent flexing your stomach or butt muscles. Im not sure im doing them right because i I dont feel any burn in the muscles like you would feel in yourarms if you were lifting weights.
If anyone could help me with more detailed information or direct me to a more detailed website I would appreciate it
