First g-spot orgasm - pointers on getting there?

My girlfriend and I have been trying to find her g-spot, its just she says the urge to urinate gets so intense that she wouldnt be able to stop it if she could but still nothing happens, she says its unbearable and I have to stop. Any pointers on hitten the spot? techniques, positions etc..? thanks for your help
