Showers, showers … is there no end,
The clouds roll in … the rains begin.
The puddles form, the streets get wet,
The dirt turns squishy, but we don’t fret.

The rains pour down as we cuddle close,
They splash on the roof but are not noticed.
The lightning flashes, the thunder booms,
No competition with our lust filled moans.

Our body’s shake … it seems so fast,
The climax comes in a wondrous blast.
We grip each other and feel the heat
As passion’s flames between us meet.

The showers grow soft, the sky grows light,
They could not face love's great might.
Soon the clouds concede and dash away,
Love, again, reigns supreme this day.
