Blow Jobs

I am in desperate need of some advice.
I have been married for 6 yrs and never had an real blow job.Maybe a suck here or there but nothing more. I need help. how or what can i say to her to convince her to do it. She says it taste bad even after i wash it. She hates the taste of precum. what can i do.
