As I recall, it just oozed out...the prostate is not well understood by the public in general, but it's really the main source of semen...yes, sperm is produced in the balls, but most of what you see on your keyboard is what I would call "inactive ingredients"...

But in short the prostate is located behind the pubic bone and is most easily accessed by sticking a finger in the rectum and several inches in feeling toward the front, toward the pubic bone. There will be a walnut sized gland that you can feel and mashing it between your finger and the pubic bone is what is called a "prostate massage". Milder stimulation of the prostate and some of the penis before mashing down to milk it will produce in most a discharge of semen without ejaculation or the sense of orgasm.

I guess maybe everyone is a little different, i have had this happen and able to have an orgasm right away. Both where intense, so maybe i am the exception. But it was enjoyable!

scotzoidman...I had a doc once do that to me during a physical, just stimulate the prostate to get a semen sample from me...when I ejaculated, he put a drop on a slide to check it out...he was checking out the growth I have had on my right testicle since my teens...I guess he was checking to make sure it wasn't cancerous or something...about 1 1/2 years ago a urologist told me it was prob a cyst formed from an unejaculated sperm packet, & nothing to worry about...in any case, I can confirm that it is possible for a man to squirt without getting off, there was nothing the least bit sexually stimulating going on at the time...I mean, I liked the doc I was going to at the time, he'd been stitching me up since I was 8, but he really wasn't my type at all...
