Submitting story 2.

I don't want to submit my second story tell I get feed back on my 1st one(Roommate, Friend, Lover READ NOW) but I am a very impatient person(I think I have ADD) I dont know what to do. Tell I get feedback I don't even know if people like my work or not, and if they don't I don't want to submit another crap story.

not trying to bump my own thread but I want to change the question. How long of a waiting period should I put between submitting my already written stories.

LOL .... that's a good question, but I'm not sure anyone has the answer to it except you .... when I first came here and started submitting stories, I would wait at least several days, didn't want to "flood the market" ... but then I also did a group of 10 stories that was all about a hawaiian vacation .... later I moved them all into one in the erotic novel section .... if memory serves me correctly, I think those were written a little closer together. But basically, I usually write them as I'm submitting it, so it's all about when I have the urge to write one for me.

On the feedback issue, sorry to say, there isn't nearly as much feedback as what any of us writers would like to see .... when I first joined Pixies (I was first here under the name jjjjbo, then later changed to fzzy), it was a smaller community and the boards were set up a bit differently, so there seemed to be more feedback, but now, the main feedback I tend to go by, is the number of viewings of a story .... keeping in mind that different specialty types of stories have differing sizes of audiences, so some may get a lot more viewing then others, just by the nature of the number of viewers who are interested in that type of story.

But, welcome to pixies, always good to have another writer in the group.

I'll second what fzzy said. Feedback is a problem although there appear to be quite a few people that read the stories. While I've gotten over the idea of disappointment for not seeing feedback, I must admit, it has reduced a bit my own desire to write new stories. I'm not a prolific writer by any means, but without feedback, the desire wanes a bit.

It is good to have you here at Pixies and I really do hope you enjoy the site. I think you'll find with time it really will feel more like family and close friends rather than just a site on the web.
