Sad Note In A Bottle

Sorry to let you know that the latest news to reach the Ark is not good. A very special Pixie friend asked me to let you know what has been occupying her time and mind lately.

Her Mum lives half way across the Continent Nation and has started chemotherapy for a second time. Some years back she went through the treatment with positive results but it was detected being back a couple months ago. She has lost 40 pounds within the past month from not being able to hold anything down. Her Dad of course is as shaken and concerned as she and is in constant contact but lonely and helpless as are we all.

I was given permission to start this thread if I promised to run my spellchecker at least 3 time before posting because I too recently understand concern about a Mom and being at a loss for thoughts, let alone words to inform friends what is happening.

I'm sure Sharniqua will let us know the developments as she and her family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Very sorry to hear
My Deepest Hopes, sympathies, and best wishes to her and her family

I know it is hard
A very good friend of mine is constantly battling a similar fight, and she is as young as I. IT is a terrible Disease.
Three years ago my Dad passed away. Prostate, and complications...

Hoping for a speedy recovery

Sharni
