This is a creepy clown. He differs from the scary clown in that he is creepy, rather than scary, but the overall effect is the same. -shudder-

He tries to soak you with EVIL seltzer water, but you hide behind a tiny umbrella.

If you defeat a clow, you might gain clown shoes or perhaps long skinny balloons.
