I must confess, true story.....

As a soldier, I had joined a ship,
a troop carrier, a Pacific trip,
on a ten day cruise beneath the sun,
with female sailors, loads of fun,
two nights on board, and I made the scene,
as the music thumped in the ship's canteen,
she danced alone, this sailor tall,
beneath the light of the mirror ball,
with words of silk, guaranteed to soften,
I used my line, "d'you come here often?"
later that night on the deck we kissed,
and I figured she just couldn't resist,
we retired to my cabin where we got drunk,
and I got her nekkid in my bunk.

But alas, this soldier from Australia,
too drunk to perform, I was an abject failure,
and sad, the result of all this schemin'
was a navel engagement without loss of semen!

(Do me a favor and keep this quiet, don't want anyone thinkin' I'm a poor performer, only ever happened once.....only the once!)
