Do things just happen...or are they meant to?

I came to Pixies from another forum. One that I belonged to for years, and loved dearly. A Pixie posted the link in a thread and I checked it out. Obviously, I was intrigued in you all so I registered and poked around a bit.

Several months later, I watched helplessly as my beloved forum crashed & burned at the hands of cretins that were allowed to thrive in an unmoderated venue.

Were it not for MichaelSmith, the member that hasn't been here in forever, I'd never have discovered this great place...or the wonderful people that comprise it. I believe it was meant to happen.

Anyone have a story of synchronicity?
