After 3 days of trying, I finally won that Ebay item...a 1 Gig Compact Flash card for my new digital recorder...& after repeatedly being outbid at the last minute, I was able to score one for under $20 (inc. shipping)...prob take 2 weeks to get here from Hong Kong, but well worth the effort...

OK, carry on...just wanted to share my joy with my family...
