Is there a little saying that you say to yourself, either to give you peace of mind or to just reassure yourself? Or do you have a saying you use as a reminder to yourself?

When neg thoughts creep in and I get worried some stupid thing, out of my control will happen I just tell myself.......
You are not that lucky!!!! (I figure I have never won the lottery so I will probably not get struck by lightening either)
