I’m not sure you are looking for the same type of “warm winter drinks” down there, but hot buttered rum and the “adults” eggnog are standards for a lot of the people that play in the white stuff. Here’s a place to check out for a few formulas .

I am a BIG fan of plain black tea, topped off with amaretto and cream. For extra decadence, there is always whipped cream.

I also like coffee with Baileys -- sans any other ingredients.
