Well...im seriously considering shaving, but i dont know how to go about it if i do. do i trim first and then shave? also, hwo do you shave the actual penis....and balls - any tips you guys or gals have??

Yes, you should trim first before you actually shave. As for shaving the penis, some people have had some success shaving when they're erect. For me, I just make sure I pull the skin as tight as I can wherever I'm shaving. Loose skin folds and gets cut too easy

Can I tack on a question to this? I'm not brave enough to do a complete shave job, but I've been trimming the hair around my penis and balls for a while now, and I've happy with the results...but the technique isn't great. Specifically, I've nicked my balls, which, as I'm sure you know, bleeds like an SOB. I'm wondering if anybody knows of a trimmer that works well on non-flat surfaces :-). And with all of these new microtouch (and the like) trimmers out there, do they work well?

I would say shave them balls guys!!

I just love it when my guy does this and I can suck and lick on smooth, clean balls and the base of his cock. He has been using a triple blade razor and he does carefully trim first if need be.

Now what works best of all and is the most hottest is to let your sweetie do it for you. It is great way to get things heated up before you even start playing around.

And for itching and bumps. There is an over the counter product for bumps in the hair removal section of your drug store or Wal-Mart. Also what works is to use baby powder with cornstarch during the day to absorb moisture. The more you do it the less irration you will have over time.

I know this thread is about shaving. I respect that alot of men like to shave, and that alot of women like their men hairless. I just can't help but post tho....

On behalf of those who like it as nature intended, I have to say that I like hair. I'm not crazy about flossing with it, but I like it untrimmed and definitely unshaved.

Am I alone here?

im not really talking cleanshaven - thats a biut too much like a child for me. i was just trimming a little....and then i shaved my balls - nice and smooth!

I shave everyday but not my pubes LOL

I started shaving about a year ago and now I am addicted to it, I would say I do it at least every 3rd day. Works to get yourself slightly erect 1st, just easier to get a good shave

I shave my shaft and balls at least once a week......used to use a triple edge blade, but then my wife started using the "Intuition" razor for her legs.....So I got one and it works perfect! The razor is encircled with soap, so it provides lubricant while shaving, and is especially good around the curves of the balls......It's perfect for shaving in the shower, just make sure to get semi-erect and take it slow and easy until you get used to it...

Although I haven't shaven in quite a while, I mostly stick to a basic trim down once in a while nowadays, I never really had much of a problem when I did it, I always used a triple blade razor while I was in the tub and as long as you hold the skin taunt I never had any problems with any cuts or anything
