Hire an Irishman to walk behind you and hold them up.

Do excercises that tighten and strengthen you chest muscles. Will help some but....A 34DD means you are a tiny thing with very large breasts. The weight will take it's toll. Wear good bras.

I've kind of the same concerns. Where do you find a good support bra? I'm a 42 DD. Lil Miss...if you find a source, could you let me know? Thanks! (I'm 5'10" and my back is beginning to let me know about it.)

Mae, Little_Miss,
I agree with Lilith regarding exercises and a good bra.
My experience is that nice, comfortable support bras are very hard to find in our size (I'm a 42DDD).
As for colors? Forget it. What really surprises me is that at Lane Bryant, which specializes in larger sizes, many of the bras have some form of padding! Come on now, one thing I don't need more of is padding. And for me, adding insult to injury - they are underwire - which I do not wear. Oh well, I'm used to the industrial strength white bras by Playtex, Fully, etc.
