Have a deliver for Ms. Jealousy
So a little while ago, one of my co-workers got flowers. It wasnt her birthday or any holiday. They were from her husband and the card said "just because". She and her husband have been married for about 8 years and all the other women (the bitter older women in my opinion) in the office are trying to convince her that she should not be happy, she should be angry. They explain that he has obviously done something bad like cheat or worse...or maybe plans to do something bad and is buttering her up and she should not fall for it....
I personally think it is wrong to jump to conclusions like this, but they told me to shut up I was just a man....
What do you ladies Think?????
btw, I am now under siege in my office, please send food or someone to fuck me so that it is bearable....

ROFL .... you are just a man! I like that about you Skip!
Let's see .... if he's never done stuff like that before, then it may bear a bit of inspection on her part ... not necessarily suspicion, but a closer look ... could be someone suggested it in some way and he got thinking he'd never done something like that before for her and cause he loves her so much ... well time to try .... and if she goes home accusing, well darn sure he's never going to do THAT again!
If he's prone to such actions then she should bask in the wonder of it all. My brother is like that, he just really likes doing those romantic little gestures so he frequently shows up with a card or flower(s) or a poem he wrote or such - they've been married for over 25 years.

Ok, I just asked and yes, he has sent random flowers before, but it has been a couple of years. And things at home are nothing but spectacular (figures they have no kids)

Funny when I am guilty I just go shopping
There is jealousy when some people see other people happy. Tis a pity but a fact of life. Some people want everyone as miserable as they are.
I think you are spot on, Mr. ThisOne

Sounds like a total cutie to me.
Tell the old bitches in the office to stop poking their noses in and suggest that the reason they never get random flowers is because their SOs realise it would make them angry.
Bitter old trouts. Sometimes I can't stand my own sex.

If he's the type for random flowers .... he probably just passed a florist or saw a florist commercial or someone at his own office just got flowers and he thought of her.....

I feel that this is exactly why alot of men arn't romantic alot of the time, when we are we are accused of doing something wrong like a little kid, which we are not. Women do things they shouldn't as often as men do, so it is equal. I have done the romantic things like that in the past, and would still do them if the little money we have didn't have to go for things like mortgage payment, utilities, ect. I really wish I still could do them because I know she really appreciats it and I love her so much that I want her to feel speacil like she is to me. Maybe someday (hopefully soon) I will be able to again.

The SAME bloody thing happened to me several years ago when my ex delivered flowers to my office. It causes a commotion and negative Nellies tried to take the fun out of it. Poo on you, I say!

Why not wait a while then send some flowers anonymously to one of the cobwebs you work with STO?

Yes, receiving a suprise deliver of flowers is romantic, and did bring a smile to my face knowing that you thought of me througout the day enough to want to express your feelings in that way ...........................
But I really much prefer walking hand in hand around the yard, soft touches as we pass each other in the hall, you coming up behind me when I cook and nuzzle my neck, the big smile on your face as you come in the door after a long day of work, and the way you squeeze me with a hug (and sneak a feel) - just because.

I have never done that to these, but one of my favorite things to do is to send flowers to someone that the 1st thing they are going to is call their hubby and say thanks....and when he says he didnt send them, the looks on their faces that day why they try and figure it out is worth tons...have only done that once...but was great.
