Can you believe it almost happened again ...

Only about two hours ago our town was under Tornado Warning again. Three were sighted within about ten miles. Knock on wood, I don't think any touched down. We've lived in this area now for 26 years now and this is the first year I recall two times so close together when tornados were seen so close to us.

Sun's out now. Hope it stays there for a while.

Um somebody in the town must have prayed for rain after the draught of recent years. Be wary of what you wish for...

Oh Geezzzz! Be safe DB! It's been raining here for weeks and I think the sun is coming out today. I'll love it if it doesn't burn my eyeballs out of my head!

Hey Dicksbro we have the supercells down here tonight, and it's just a 2 hour drive if you want to come down. Just issued a new Torn. Warning for county to the east of here. Oh fun, fun.

Also possible damage in Clinton, have a bro that lives there.

Man, you folks are having it rough this year. We even had a tornado out here in western NY a few weeks ago... a small one, but confirmed as a tornado none the less... that is a rare ocassion for us.

Again yesterday, tornados five miles south of us and about ten north. At least it missed us by a little bit.

Temperatures and everything have been great this spring but these storms are rapidly losing any appeal they ever had.
