I understand where you are coming from, but from what I've read, it's a free choice concept on the site .... post a pic of what you feel comfortable with (of yourself) if you like - or don't .... I love the writing options of the site, but I wouldn't want to tell everyone they have to write a story to be part of the mix .... just my opinion.

Also, some people don't have access to cameras or equipment. Should they be penalized? Others aren't confident in their body. I think it's fine the way it is.

People should participate in the things offerred by the site that make them feel comfortable. For some that will be all, and for others that will mean just viewing. Everyone's participation, doing exactly whatever it is the feel like doing, is what makes this site what it is. No pressure......

I understand what you're saying artmom. That could bug some people. I don't notice how many posts someone has when they respond to my pics. I'm sure there are many lurkers who don't post and look at pics, too, right?
