Oh, so wrong...
Warning: this is sure to offend somebody. Others will laugh their ass off. On the surface, it seems to exploit middle eastern/central asian cultural stereotypes; what it actually does is make fun of the idea of stereotypes, but subtly.

Saw it on Comedy Central, but I still had to watch it again...Achhhhmed was probably my least favorite part of the show, but I always have admired Jeff Dunham for his balls, he takes things over the PC line & gets away with it like no other comic I know of...after all, he can argue he didn't really say those things, it was the puppets...
Years ago, Jeff made his debut on the Tonight Show when Johnny Carson was still hosting...he brought Walter out, Johnny tried being nice to him & Walter, of course, was rude & insulting...& Carson nearly fell out of his chair laughing...

I adore Jeff Dunham......
and think that Achmed is hilarious as are his other characters, but the thought of a terrorist that doesn't know he's dead is true comic relief.

Walter is the classic Grumpy old man.
My fav Walter line: "My wife got up this morning, hopped on her menstrual cycle, & ran my ass over..."
