Why would think she isn't having an orgasm? It sounds to me like she's having one--vagina contracting and clit being extra sensitive afterward. Why would you think she should be ejaculating? not all women "ejaculate" infact, those that do are probably in a minority. If I am not mistaken, those orgasms that result in "squirting" is often one triggered by the illusive G-spot. What you describe (contractions and hypersensitivity of the clitoris) are sure signs that a woman has orgasmed.
