I think it's part a cultural issue. Probably not a good idea to put GI's at a place call "Duck's Nuts end", then have police show up with a cartoon kangaroo on their badge to break up a fight.

It is. Duck's has a great Vodka Bar and a few good bands.
It is across the road from a flesh pot called Discovery, a carnal cavern of alcoholic excess and excessive noise. It has a wonderful event called "Tits Out Tuesday".
