OK guys and gals, gimme your best recommendations (and reviews) for male sex toys.

My wife is having some serious surgery in the next few weeks, and it's been a loooong time since we've had some serious sex, and it'll be at least 6-8 weeks until we can have it again...so with that in mind, she suggested I buy a new sex toy for myself.
