From the mouths of children
I just have to share this with you all.
The first time I rang Curvyredhead she was out and I left a message on her answering machine.
Yesterday I sent my love some flowers for Valentines Day.
Well you can't do something that obvious without an 11 year old daughter putting one and one together and getting two LOL
So Curvy had little K..... running around the house chanting
"Mommys got a boy friend, Mommys got a boy friend....."
Which of course she has . I asked her how she handled it and got this reply which melted me.
Yes, the cat is out of the bag! The first thing I did is blush (of course), then I told her what a wonderful man you are. And told her that she was going to meet you. "I am?" she said. I told her that in May you would be coming to see us. She said "for your birthday?" I told her that unfortunately you had to return home before my birthday. She asked where you lived, I told her Australia. Her eyes widened. I asked her where she thought your accent was from, and she said that she thought that you lived in the States. We had a girly giggle after that and ended with a big hug.
This was so delightful I just had to let my Pixies family share it

I think that kids are sometimes the best part of us. They keep us young, they brings smiles to our faces, and yes sometimes they challange us, but when you look into their faces you can see true love!
Grumble and I have 4 between us and I hope that we can grow together! I know that I will never replace their mom, and my kids will always have a place in their hearts for their dad, but with time, luck, and a lot of patients, I think we can have a pretty successful family.

Grumble and Curvy -
Hope things work out as well for you two as it has for Fussy and me. I don't think I can wish you more than that.
