Anyway i run out of topic. so I just want to talk about health. I myself consider a very healthy person.

I know the 8 cups of water is great for everything in your body also so much benefit into skin as well.

Every day I drink 2 cups (500ml) of milk, 3 cups (750ml) of green tea, and 3 - 4 cups(750ml - 1000ml) of spring water.

so in total i have 8 to 9 cups of water. This is not including fruits or soup.

I always wondering if i really have enought water every day. I can't take any more than this or less than this. I am not an over weight person, I am 5'6 tall and 108bls.

so how much water do you drink per day?

You can not count milk or the tea as part of your 6-8 glasses of water according to my physician. Actually there is a formula for how much water you should consume based on your weight.

"A simple calculation for determining your actual water requirements is to multiply your body weight by 0.6 and then divide it by 12.This will give you the number of 8 ounce glasses of water you need per day."...just pulled that off a nutritional site discussing body requirements.

so i take 106 X 0.6 = 64.2 / 12 = 5.35

so is that mean i need 5.35 ounces of water ???

I drink lots of water throughout the day. I got in the habit when I lived in the mountains. Gotta stay hydrated, people!

All green tea is caffeine free, isn't it? It's still not a direutic (sp.) and isn't considered water.

I drink water all day. I start the day with coffee (1/2 cup coffee and top it with water.....another 1/2 cup and top it with water....and maybe one more time during the day....but not always).......and then the rest of the day I always have water with me. Well.....till the evening when I might have a beer to wind down from all that coffee and water, but I'll usually hold out till Friday evening for that.
