Hullo there, I have a problem, and I was wondering if anyone has an idea to what might be causing it.

I'm on the pill, and just before and after my period I get very sore around my lips and can tend to be itchy too - also sex hurts too. I thought at first it could be thrush so I bought some cream. Although it soothes it, the problem doesn't seem to go away. Could it just be because I'm on my period? Or something else, any sort of ideas would be much appreciated
