Supermarkets
Two strange things happened at the supermarket today. (It is a Woolworths)
1).. They have Easter stuff out for sale already? Hot cross buns!
2).. There was a young lady of about 19 that I am sure was following me around. Everywhere I was, so was she. Even sat down next to me while I had iced coffee. Had one of those show ya belly button outfits on and legs that went to her neck!
Has anyone here ever chatted up anyone at a market or followed someone they were interested in around?

I shop at Woollies and there are plenty of gorgeous ladies that either shop or work there
Never tried following any around, I wouldn't want to make any one feel uncomfortable or think I am a nasty sort of person
Didn't see any buns, maybe they are trying to over compensate for not having daylight saving in bananaland

Nothing up here surprises me. The one good thing about summer is what the ladies don't wear. Belts and not much else seems to be the order of the day.

My stores are loaded with Valentine's Day items. That would be great except that I have this small addiction to conversation hearts. So far I have avoided the temptation but my will is weak
I speak with people in the grocery stores or other stores all the time. No one is a stranger to me. Although I have not followed someone I am attracted to in a store ( Florida has stalking laws ) I do not hesitate to flirt and make eye contact...if I get a smile, that is usually enough.

We have stalking and soliciting laws here to. That was my first reaction. That she was on the game.

I had a first time encounter with a woman in a grocery store in Key largo. It almost equalled the scene between Pacino and Ellen Barkin in the veggie department in the movie "Sea of Love."
We went out together for several months after that.

Not the supermarket but the video store. The girl behind the counter was flirting with me, to bad she was working.

Some weekend evenings I pop down the UK's best Supermarket - Tesco! Despite one of my nearest recently having it's roof raised and lighting made better, I do believe that we're trying to copy the French by expanding in our range of product on our shelves.
Besides, I can easily get a 10% discount as someone I know works for Tesco.

We've got the Easter stuff, Valentine's stuff and St. Patrick's Day stuff out now, too. I mentioned it to a lady in the fabric store, the other day. She said, "There aren't any holidays, anymore...just corporate opportunities". That kind of did it. There was a nice young man following me around a bookstore once. I finally stopped and asked him what he wanted. He said that he had been trying to attract my attention for 10 minutes. I had toilet paper stuck to the heel of my shoe. Excruciatingly crimson face, then.
