News Flash ...
I almost hate to do this, but on the news just a minute ago they noted France is sending a pastry chef to Iraq to help with the reconstruction. Jokingly, the reporter said he was going to teach them how to make cream puffs. (I'm not making this up)
The mews anchor suggested all they wanted was the dough. (I'm not making that up, either)
Personally, I think they were just recalling what Marie Antonette once said, "Let them eat cake." (Now, I did make that up )

It would seem they are bakers, NOT fighters.

We'll never know that firsthand...........they're saving that for a "real" cause! Blah! Had to be said!
As to the pastry chef helping with reconstruction.......won't that be something like the fairytale "Hansel and Gretel"? I mean, brick and stone is hard enough to work with........flour and water will make an even bigger mess. They'd better add lots of eggs to make the walls strong. And, how will they keep the hungry people from eating the buildings before they set up?
OK.....ok.......That had to be said too! Pfffffft!
