Twisted has given up all of the vices, (besides the mary-jane)
now he only drinks water, and only eats heathy food. He does still have the occasional dessert. He has been off nicotine for a year now. I am so proud of him!
We aren't really into natural herbs and such... but seltzer water works for muscle cramps.

OMG....Mary-Jane reminds me of quite a funny story. I don't know if many of you know this, but me and ASH use to work togather in a video store. We were standing behind the counter a few weeks ago and these stoners came in. I'm not talking about the occassional pot-smoker here.....these are the ones that are always stoned. They had a little girl with them. The couple couldn't have been anywhere past their early twenties. They came up to the check-out counter reaking off pot, and when they went to call the little girl to come over to the counter...........they said, "Come on Mary-Jane.". I looked at the guy and said "Did you name her that after the drug." He shrugged his shoulders and was like, "Yeah, man, pretty cool, heh?" Okie-dokie, just thought I'd share that with you guys. Sorry if I bored you

I take vitamin B once in a while because I'm a strict vegetarian. It's the only vitamin that's difficult to get from a meatless diet. I, too, have pot once in a while. With my recent injury, I've been having a tiny joint every other day or so to stop the ol' knee from throbbing.

My boyfriend is 23 and has never smoked up in his life. I was talking about lighting a spliff the the other day and he had never heard that term before! LOL He prefers to say doobie.

one multi-vitamin in the morning with orange juice. caffeine via iced tea and coca cola, chocolate in pms and stress days
eat salad in the evening, love tomatoes. amoxicillin when i have colds due to metal in spine. other than that, i am healthy <knocking on wooden head>
