You know you are always welcome to come back up to see me and hang out with me and my friends. I can't wait to see you again. Plus you have no idea how much I appreciate everything you do for me, you were more than helpful when it came to moving out... you did all the work for me and you have no idea what that means to me.

I am so happy you have kept up your positive attitude since you left, you have no idea how thrilled I am. I understand it is hard to meet people where you are and I don't fault you for that, I am most happy you are still trying.
