I agree with what the girls here say. Let me just give you a little saying my grandmother always said to me.

So dont beat yourself up. Give yourself one day to just lay in bed and cry out loud like a baby. Then pick yourself up and start the next day by looking in the mirror and asking yourself if it was worth all that. If your really honest with yourself you might surprise yourself. Then when you notice the puffy eyes from all that crying.....Repeat to yourself......
