I dated a girl once who would get loud during sex, but the last time we had sex she actually screamed. I am talking about a 'walk into your apartment and flip on the light and find a burglar all dressed in black with a ski mask on carrying your jewelry in one hand and a knife in the other' kind of scream. It didn't seem fake and was pretty exciting really. I've never heard anything like that with anyone else.
