What ever you do........... DON'T YAWN !!!!

Was reading where a judge slapped a contempt of court charge on a jury member for yawning during a trial.....When he was asked why he said he was tired,,,oy vay the poor smuck was really nailed by the judge...(who by the way later recended his contempt charge)
