There used to be another good website out there, allaboutsex.org. I learned a lot of things from that site before they shut it down. It was great because it had others voicing their concerns, experieneces, etc. I also don't understand why the parents should "choose a therapist" that have their same views. It sounds like they would be trying to convince their teen that they SHOULD be hetero because anything else is wrong. Maybe I'm just tired (and therefore annoyed). I think more info is a great thing to have. Either way, if a teen really wants to be sexually active, there is not a lot a parent could do to stop them short of locking them in a cage or something. Anywho, I guess my main point is blah to misguidance and stupidity due to lack of knowledge.
