Yep - they're right up there with the dreaded VPL in my book. A definite no-no.

I have one pair of jeans which are very tight, and I can't stand the feeling around that area. Then again, I have rotten circulation and will often get get pins and needles there(!), so going out of my way to wear tight stuff would definitely not be a good thing!
