s/o and i are fond of "testing" as many diferent batches of corned beef and cabbage as we can... lol one year we made the rounds to 9 bar/restaurants took us almost 12 hours and we both felt like fat overstuffed chairs but we pulled it off!!!! By about the 3rd or maybe fourth stop folks had given us up ahead of time to all the bars (as to seeing how many we could do before barfing) so when we got to the last ones they had plates ready and drinks too seems i recall we had to have someone else drive us home but lordy was it a gas to do we had wanted to hit a total of 15 but just couldn't.......we joked the next day about having cabbage head hangovers....still makes me giggle a bit to think about it lol guess you had to be there :jump:
