The only advice I have is to ASK a woman before you do it! (but maybe at a different time so the romance/surprise isn't ruined). Every woman has different limits in a rape fantasy. Some just want to be blindfolded, or have their hands held above them. Others are OK with bruises, and maybe more...the wounds that would result if real force were used.

In one case, the fantasy means (IMHO) that she does not want to choose sex; in the other she means that she wants to actively fight you for ownership of her body and you have to TAKE it.

BTW -- in case anyone was wondering.....I am in the second camp. Of course, I have a certain liking for pain.....and the challenge of trying to defeat him.
