1) Your favorite dish to eat? ~To many to name. I am very partial to anything spicy though.


2) Favorite dish to make? ~Since I'm no where near a very good cook I like things that are simple. I do make great smothered burritos, meatloaf and baked beans.

3) Your favorite food disaster ~That would have to be the first Thanksgiving dinner I cooked alone. We were supposed to eat at 2 and didn't until almost 6pm. It really is important to thaw those big birds out. And did you know there is bags of body parts in them that shouldnt' be cooked with the bird? :
