Oldfart's right - there are conflicting schools of thought about it from a medical point of view. Just as there are women who like cut dicks and uncut dicks, long ones and thin ones and who knows probably bright purple ones.
Your friend's concern should not be whether or not he'll get laid by chopping off his foreskin - but whether or not he wants to undergo a surgical procedure that isn't necessary.
It all stems down to one issue - he isn't happy with his body. Why not? And is circumcision going to fix that? I don't think so.
And he needs to ask himself - how's he going to feel if this relationship he's in now falls through for other reasons, and his next girlfriend tells him she absolutely LOVES uncut men??? What's he gonna do, stick it back on???
I think he needs to work this out with his girlfriend, and if she still insists he gets cut, well maybe then I agree with lilith - she's not worth it.
