Well, I can't speak to the female's perspective, but I have read that having sex with men with uncircumstized penises does raise the risk of cervical cancer, because it is caused by a virus or bacteria that can breed in an uncircumsized environment.

Also, check the posts, because I think I recall a post by a guy who was recently circumcized...you might have your friend contact that guy.
