Yeah we got it too. It's just a tax to deter dealing drugs.
They slap that one on them on top of "possession" or "intent to distribute" It's a helluva big fine here.
Can you imagine a hooker walking up to a prospective customer and saying" That will be 20 dollars and 10% sales tax too sir."
