to take it to the extreme... 
i started a day with someone using a real sharp knife---in the vicintiy of some real important organs and one super-important little body---to slice open multiple layers of tissue only to move on to pressing and pulling and generally torturing selfsame area and i ended the day on some nice'n'dopey pain meds and a baby in my arms...twice  |
