When I was in school.. thank god for these religious right fanatics we had while growing up... I was made to feel so ashamed of it. Took a while to come to terms with the fact that this, indeed is not a bad thing.

First and foremost argument, if you need to spooge, it's better to relieve yourself than go do something that'll wind you up in jail along with the clergy from my aforementioned school... lol!

See, knowing yourself means knowing what arouses you, what brings you to the edge, what you like and don't like. Plus you can build up your own stamina. For guys, the most important issue is building up your stamina because, face it, when you're a young wanker you'll spurt all over your boxers at the sight of boobies. For gals, it's all about learning what areas of your complex and often confounding pussy are the 'hotspots'. Then you can direct your guy when he's going down there, instead of being one of those cold bitches who lay with a bored look and give 'the tap' when you're ready to give up on him.
