Well I have been doing it sense I was about 12 and I don't feel bad at all but often oh soooooooo good. I do wear glasses to see far away but my eyesight is still very much intact. 
So I say do it and do it often. Do it alone and do it with your partner. Besides it is a very good thing for one to really understand what feels good.  |
