Inappropriate touching is just that......innopropriate!!
The woman that was getting her shoulders touched obviously was VERY uncomfortable..and said so from what i saw....are you saying that she should allow that type of touching?? That IS sexual harrasment! The man was an obvious slime bag in that case
You can touch people  you just have to respect the fact that if asked to stop it means cut it the hell out now....and not touch parts of a person they (and most of society) class as private
This is a very real problem in the workplace...for both men and women
