I'd have to say that I can last a week, perhaps even ten days without an orgasm. It tends to depend upon the environmental circumstances as well, if there's a lot of sexually stimulating things happening my resolve will weaken. My orgasm tends to be much stronger when I've gone a week or more without one and I tend to ejaculate much farther than usual.
