When you have a problem logging in, or we have outages feel free to IM or email me but please don't be beligerent, rude, or inconsiderate. While I do spend a large chunk of time trying to make the site a comfortable place, I do often have other responsibilities too.

Also please understand that at times I may not have a good answer to your queries. However I will do my best to seek out an answer.

There have been several instances lately where I have been approached or responded to quite rudely and frankly I am sick of it. Rudeness will just not be responded to.
