Sorry to be the bearer of what you might construe as bad news but, there is no magic formula to get a level better. Sex is like most wonderful things in life. In order to get good...practice, practice, practice. Start slow and keep the lines of communication open...ie: "Is this ok"? "Where would you like me to touch/lick/kiss you"? "Is there anything you'd like me to do that I am not doing"? "Could you please not bite that tender spot so hard"...lol! Ya know, stuff like that. No one thing or combination is right or wrong all the time. Experimentation is the key.

And...get to know yourself and your likes and dislikes. Confidence can have a calming and erotic effect when combined with caring and inquisitivness, especially if your partner is as inexperienced as you.
