first off John kerry's only conection with Heniz is his wife (Teresa Heinz Kerry) first husban was (John Heinz). Leaving him outside of owning some stock little connection with Heniz.
Second Heniz is not a manufacturing company they are in food processing, It only make sence to have the plants they own are near where the food is being growen. Not only that but they are an international company who sells their product all over the world.
