Surprise fellatio attacks are a personal favorite. Guys love it as much because of the spontaneity as they do for the fun of getting blown. I think the best reactions I get are when I ambush them while they're trying to sleep. I have yet to meet a guy who objects to being woken up that way. If I ever do, I'm dumping him.
